Eco-agrotourisme en Bosnie

Aujourd'hui j'ai goute une des plus celebres specialites de Bosnie : la pita.

On achete les pitas dans des petits fast-foods traditionaux appeles Burek, et il en existe differentes : fromage frais, epinards, pommes de terre, viande. Chaque sorte porte bien evidemment un nom specifique. Les Bosniens l'accompagnent generalement d'un yaourt, pour boisson (il semblerait que les yaourts sont beaucoup plus liquides qu'en France).

Today I tasted one of the most known Bosnian soeciality : the pita.

You can buy pitas in small traditional fast-foods called Burek, and there are several kinds of pitas: fresh cheese, spinach, potatoes, meet. Each sort has of course its own name. Bosnian people usely accompagny it by a yoghurt, as their drink (it seems that yoghurts here are very much more liquid than in France).

Je n'ai pas fait de photo (ce sera pour une prochaine fois, peut-etre demain ;)), mais cela n'a rien a voir avec les sandwichs avec pain 'pita', ni avec des friands,... ni a rien que je connaissais d'ailleurs. Cela pourrait peut-etre quand meme etre un peu rapproche des strudeln autrichiens, meme si la presentation est completement differente, et surement aussi la preparation et la cuisson !

I didn't take any picture (it will be for a next time, maybe tomorrow ;)), but there is no analogy to sandwiches made with 'pita' bread, neither to puffs,... neither to anything I've known before in fact. It might maybe be compared a little bit to the Austrian strudeln, even though the presentation is totally different, and certainly so are the preparation and cooking !
