Vocni Kolac:
Une génoise aux noisettes, surmontée d'une crème épaisse fouettée, rondelles de kiwi et clémentine.
(En arrière plan, vous pouvez deviner une bouteille de Coca Cola: ils sont omni-présents!!! Où que l'on aille, il y a toujours une pub : "la combinaison idéale: Coca Cola + pizza", "la combinaison idéale: Coca Cola + crêpe", "la combinaison idéale: Coca Cola + gateau au chocolat", "la combinaison idéale: Coca Cola + pita", etc, etc!!!)
A sort of haselnuts sponge cake with whipped double cream on the top of it, kiwi and clementine.
(In the background, you can see a bottle of Coca Cola: they are everywhere!!! Wherever you go, there is always an ad: "the ideal combination: Coca Cola + pizza", "the ideal combination: Coca Cola + crepe", "the ideal combination: Coca Cola + chocolate cake", "the ideal combination: Coca Cola + pita", and so on!!!)
Kadaif:
Here is an oriental specialty.
The texture is very surprising since it is a huge cake made with kadaif dough (looking like vermicelli) with nuts, this mixture is soaked with a syrup, and backed. Then, it is divided in portions.
It worthed tasting it, but it's too sweet, even for me! ;)
